FOR SUBSCRIPTION BASED PLANS, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF TECH HELP EXPERT HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE EVEN A SINGLE ISSUE FOR YOU WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION.

FOR INCIDENTAL ONE TIME FIX PLANS, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF TECH HELP EXPERT HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE THE FIRST ISSUE FOR YOU WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR IT HAS TAKEN MORE THAN 7 DAYS FOR US TO RESOLVE THE PRIMARY ISSUE.

IF THERE ARE ONE OR MORE RESOLVED ISSUES, THE FEES FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. REFUND AMOUNT MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF ISSUES RESOLVED. THE MINIMUM CHARGE WILL BE $100 FOR ONE RESOLVED CASE.

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION ALL SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICE PLANS PURCHASED ON THIS WEBSITE (“SERVICE PLANS”) ARE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION BY TECH HELP EXPERT, AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. IN THE EVENT OF SUCH TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION, A REFUND FOR TIME REMAINING ON SUCH SERVICE PLANS WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU, ON A PRO-RATA BASIS, BY CHECK SENT TO YOU WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SUCH MODIFICATION, TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION. TECH HELP EXPERT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR ENHANCE THE PROCEDURES AND/OR FEATURES OF ITS SERVICE PLANS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE, WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.
